Working with Casandra has been a pleasure. We are currently in the middle of a large renovation consisting of an addition to our 2nd floor, building a master bathroom, master closet, remodeling an existing bathroom, and several other interior jobs. In addition, we are installing a lap pool in our backyard along with a complete landscape makeover back to front. We are also building a stucco wall in the front along with installing an iron driveway gate. She has presented us with some very unique design options in order to stay compliant with sometimes demanding historical area design requirements. Her designs have been amazing and her assistance with working with the City has been invaluable. We have made many changes during this process and she has been extremely patient and accommodating during this process. I am very excited about the project and I’m looking forward to seeing the final product!

I’ve been working with joshira for over 6 months on our project and am in absolute awe of her – our project is complex and leaves no city permitting drama untouched – but she continues to push and come with her energy and excitement.
